FAQ
You sign in with Microsoft, install the Outlook add-in, and send mail as usual. On send, Flexus registers the message for tracking and records opens and link clicks. Open a sent item and use Email tracking to view the history in Outlook.
Go to Sent, open the tracked message, and click the Flexus Email tracking button. The task pane shows opens, clicks, recipients, links, and activity with times in your computer's local timezone.
No. Customers register and sign in only with their Outlook / Microsoft account (OAuth). There is no email/password signup for customers.
The add-in requires Mailbox API 1.12+ and is intended for modern Outlook on Windows, Mac, and Outlook on the web with Microsoft 365.
Flexus does not ask for a customer password. Tracking uses a pixel and link redirects. Automated scanners are flagged when detected. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for details.
Yes. Free includes tracking with a Flexus watermark. New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial with no watermark and no credit card. After trial, stay Free or upgrade to Pro at $2/user/month.
Yes. Use the web app Team and Billing pages to manage seats and Stripe subscription. Admins can also grant Trial or Pro manually for support cases.
