We collect account information (Microsoft identity, email), email metadata you choose to track (subject, recipients, send time), and engagement signals (opens/clicks including IP, approximate location, user-agent) to provide tracking analytics.
Payment data is processed by Stripe; we store subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription IDs, not full card numbers.
Data is stored on our hosting providers and used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. You may request export or deletion by contacting support.
